If someone could clear up whether the original work was intended to depict a (trans?) woman with a big dick as the translators have portrayed here with pronoun choice, or whether it's a gay guy that's crossdressing...

Oh, though mangadex admins are still sort of tepid about trans topics and never added any actual trans tag, right, ugh... You know what, I don't know if I can fix the tags on this usefully even if someone does clear that up.
