Rolan got roasted, literally. Damn, that's brutal for a manga that's avoided killing even mob characters as much as it could. Elena's fall into villainy due to a misunderstanding is just... sad. I suppose Rolan gets a share of the blame for misleading her, but he's already dead. Or is he? I forgot Elena is the one with brainwashing powers.

Is this corpse supposed to be Rolan? I hope so, because the MC is clearly not sane enough to kill him himself.
I despise this common view in Japanese modern, mediocre LNs/mangas. MC has to blindly believe that life is precious, even if saving that life would mean losing countless other lives.
