@Sep10trion
Galaxy Degen Scans picked it up 8 days ago, itself 8 days after "Pick this up PLS Scans" requested it be picked back up.
LHTranslation then picked it "back up" 5 days later, after letting it go idle for 180 days. So Galaxy Degen Scans has done absolutely nothing wrong here.
There seems to be a problem with numbers - the price for the gem is 10 times bigger than the price for the tournament, but the price for the gem is 10 million torr, and tournament prize is 100 million torr.
so the golem girl that legit tracked her master through thousands of miles of land and could destroy a legendary giant can't track down a noble thats running away using an average golem? author really likes plot holes.
How fucking incompetent are the lot, letting a little cunt with zero planning ability to escape. What a fucking massive bunch of loser, the lot of them. Hopefully he returns and kills everyone there, because that's all the morons in that place deserve for letting him escape.
@flannan Ah yeah, I fixed it now, I was just Pring and Tsing, And it didn't make sense but I just went with it the TL
(Don't tell anyone I havent read the few previous chapters yet) [I swear I'm not on chapter 2]
And I suddenly remembered, Oh wait~ I'm a TL too and I learned mathematics!
It was just something the TL missed~ Apologies to whoever saw it
*Also apologies that I just went YOLO and rolled with it*
I checked out the WN translation, and the reward for the race is stated to be 100 000 torr or 1 000 000 torr. While the price for elradite stone is still 10 million torr.
@penmore - the automata can track down Jin by his magic. Jin is pretty much made of magic and easy to detect. It also took her quite a while to do so.
It's also a matter of motivation.
@penmore : If I have to try making sense of it:
1. She tracked Jin from his magic aura AFTER having to try randomly teleport around all over, so clearly her actual search radius isn't that OP.
2. Maybe the golems do not release traceable magic aura given that they're machines, or given the amount of golems in the area there's too many mixed up for her to pick up a trail.
@flannan : Probably the translator translating the kanji for 10,000 as million because brain fart moment, which would make the prize actually 1 million, and the gem 10 times that prize.
oh no, the radius is quite big actually, she can scan whole mountains at once.....
the problem is that she have to know the exact magic pattern of the thing she is looking for.
if she don't know the exact "wave length" of the persons or item magic she is looking for, all she can do is use her magic detector as a radar that picks up everything magical.
This is how she found the robots underwater in chapter 25, she realised that a robot being out there was strange.
The only reason she could find jin was because she knew what his exact magic pattern was, as for the teleporting it was mostly to cover more ground quickly as she did not know where he was sent.
This magic radar is later going to be used as a GPS and a tracking tool as everything that he creates has his magic pattern, so he gives items as gifts to people he want to be able to track for safety reasons, something that saves a person's life later on after they get kiddnaped
Jinn would most likely be able to hunt him down if he actually wanted too, it's just not worth the effort for them to do it personally as they have no stake in actually doing so.
He is basicllyThe guards however dont have the ability to use magical radars and relies on good old tracking footprints and the like.
ohh see my power, the power that is mine but was given to me by a suspicious guy that I don't know so obviously I would be able to control it and own it, because is my power.
