I mean it's a whole thing of "Can a artificial intelligence be held to the same regards as a human when it comes to legality"
If you tell a human to do a task they inherently will have some blocks of morality following laws not sacrificing themselves
If you tell a AI on the other hand... Straight shot towards a goal without any regard for any other consequences
