Adapts the game story pretty well, with a few additional details and scenes. Minus the color and voice acting, but they do draw in the faces and bodies of non-main characters. If you're too impatient to wait for the Anime, playing the game will fill you in on the storyline. It's now available in English, although I do recommend rerolling until you get the girl(s) you want, and if the 500 gem bonus after 24 hours thing is still going on, it's probably worth waiting a full day on each account in order to use those gems on rolls before you discard an account.

Also, don't get tricked by the limited time gachas, the streakbreakers on those (when you reach 100 rolls without getting a 4*, they automatically give you a 4*) reset at the end of a week, so using the generic "Premium Fate Roll" that doesn't ever reset the streakbreaker is generally the best option.
