So, this doesn't contradict any of the canon:
1) The Magia Record timeline is the only timeline Iroha ever contracts in, confirmed by Madokami.
2) At least one of the other timelines, Iroha is dead (Think it came up in a mirrors paradox related story; they got sent to a parallel world)
Kind of surprised they didn't get into Touka and Nemu with the "nobody left at the hospital" part.
