I've had Loco Moco a few times. The bad kind is basically a frozen hamburger patty with cheap gravy on top, with maybe an egg and some white rice, maybe some onions and some other spices. Not bad, but really bland. The good kind is good though. Like the kind they serve at King's Hawaiian restaurant. That's a good place to go in general, honestly. In fact, Torrance and Gardena in general (in Southern California) are some good places to visit if you want Japanese or Hawaiian food. The other place in the US (albeit not continental) is Hawaii.
