Calamity only happens when there's a concentration of huge magical energy in human world?
that's why they made every mage weak and dumb so they won't attract Calamity?
that's why they only allowed a few strong mage clans (Noble)? so they can clean up Calamities that still randomly showed up on rare occasion?
that's why Calamity started appearing again (nearby Minato) after Minato got reincarnated?

That sounds reasonable, and I would expect the author to resolve it like this.

Besides that, I would have executed both mages that dared to harm the friends of Minato. Like literally crucified and burned the red head and burying the deadbeat in a living tomb.
I hate that nobody in these kinds of manga ever retaliates if they are stronger.
