Kinda sucks, the premise of this I like a lot. The magic system is interesting and probably gets more interesting as you go, the girls are all SSR class. The only problem is the chapters take forever and are so split up not reading them in bulk is pain, I just caught up to remember where I was at with the latest chapters and there has been glacial pace considering this came out in 2019 even counting the hiatus began early last year.

I don't think this can be a viable product in manga form with this release schedule, I can buy like 2 volumes off 5 years of work, fucking insane. The fact this got licensed gives me hope it'll come back, just like Abandoned Bastard, hehe . Any minute now we'll get around to him seducing his other sister, haha .

It doesn't, to be honest. I've read up to volume 7 of the light novel and it doesn't get any more in-depth regarding the magic system. It's a world based on an eroge, after all. The light novels follow the same formula of adding 1 to 2 new heroines that are saved by the MC with a dash of fanservice (in the form of an erotic dungeon) and end up developing feelings for him by the end.

For a novel based on an eroge, there haven't been any explicit events at all, but it might've been different in the web novel version. I didn't read it myself, but know it was being translated before the official LN translations were announced. The main narrative thread of the revival of the Demon Lord has been progressing at a snail's pace in the story and the novel has been more about the MC being a knight in white armor for the various heroines in the eroge world while growing his power.

As for the manga, it's certainly not the author's fault that it hasn't progressed. There are volumes of written content that have already been published. From what I read on 4chan, the reason the manga adaptation has been on hiatus is because the artist ran into health problems years ago and the author doesn't want to change artists.

Kinda crazy honestly, I was expecting MC to be banging at least the adopted family, maid and ojou-sama. I do wonder why you'd choose an eroge setting if you wanna go so tame with it.

Ahh, truly unfortunate the pace it was at makes sense, it was probably staving off a long term hiatus. The mangaka lifestyle clearly caught up anyway. I think losing the art would hurt, but considering dude isn't gonna be doing much horny I can live. Pray for the artist I guess.
