Fate is looking as dashing as ever, I'm glad to see her joining the story this soon. I hope Fate plays as big of a role as Nanoha as the plot progresses, that's still to be seen, but this new Nanoha installment is looking good so far, nothing to complain yet.

The term in the Japanese script is 執務官 (shitsumukan), which has most often been translated as "enforcer" in Nanoha.
There was some discussion about this exactly, in a Discord server the scanlation group frequents, and the group's translator chimed in and confirmed that it should indeed be "enforcer".
