When he first appeared, I thought he was just a random bad customer but since then, I think it's the best character from the story. He is sort of tsundere but not in the cute/shy way, which make him so unique.

We already have ton of stories with grumpy old men with an heart of gold. But a character so constantly angry but friendly underneath (and just friendly, not caring like family) is extremely novel and fun.
