@ShimizuA Haven't yet attempted to commission a work (gotta wait for $$$), so I can't tell what happens beyond confirming the request. The site itself is (partially) in English, you register with your Twitter account (I suppose you can create a new one for this), you file a request and fill in the blanks. There's a default price for the artwork set by the mangaka to 8000 yen.

EDIT 2019-02-10: 10000 yen now.
