For comparison, a large deluxe pizza in Ohio, USA, from a typical pizza delivery service, these days would cost about $23-$27 USD. So three of those kind of pizzas delivered would cost about $70-$80 USD, plus a tip, would bring the total to about $90 USD, which is about what the story depicted.

Given that a rival ordered the pizzas for the MSB Club, I would have thought that the pizzas might have been spiked somehow. But maybe it was merely sorta of a prank by Coco-chan .....

Why would you pay tip? The people delivering is doing it as a job, they are paid well already for that.
Aside from that, 2 pizzas (of a size where 1 is a meal) costs about 20 usd (less if you buy frozen prefab), so 80 means they got 8 pizzas. But he only carried 3? How the hell did the delivery fees go from ~2 usd to suddenly be like 25 times as high?

in the us, people that work in tip dominated fields like waiters and delivery people are often paid less than minimum wage, with the expectation of the statistical average tip putting them at or above minimum wage to compensate. so tipping them is often the only way they can make enough money to survive. some places, the staff has to pool and divide the tips they receive, so that people in slower sections or in the back of the house can reach the minimum.

Why's everyone locked in on the price of the pizzas? A more important issue is that some of these things are kinda toeing the line between pranks and malicious harassment
