As for the girl, several possibilities.

1-These are obviously her previously defeated enemies putting two and two together to get back at her.

2-These are people that she's never seen, but know of her existence. The village is old, but it might hold ancient insight on her abilities.

3-Her reaction to Yaida was either her being a bitch because she's jealous or-

4-Is tied to some core part of her powers that dampen out full cognitive thinking while considering any obstacle a threat and her being a bitch.

She is probably 'hypnotized' so she pushed Yaida down there (her eyes are different looking), it must be because the criminals doing cult thing
The location seems to be the same as the Chapter 4 (in the mountain far away), so the criminals might be taking revenge on her I think
