Hmm.. thay part where Erio said Hayate'd be part of the Churh Knights, was there a side media where that happened? Was it in the Innocent game?

The 'make her own organization' is probably what's going on atm with Exceeds right?

Anyway, I love how it's obvious this is a more experienced Hasegawa Kouji with how more refined the artstyle is.
