Sister Gigant? No, there's a couple reasons that can't be true.

Biggest one is that the age is wrong. Sister Gigant is an adult already, but Momo is still in school, and the partially obscured photograph on page 9 of this chapter implies that Momo, Randa, and Magia Cyan are all the same age.
