I've read and worse Magical girls mangas (Granbelm and Magical girl holy shit for example) so i know she is tame but imean in the context of the manga, she definitely had a bad vibe .

Utena's SSide is growing well, the Miko girl is developing well into an M. Not sure if that's the real goal though. It's not like we've ever seen the forces of evil actually do anything with a clear purpose that hasn't been "fuck with the good girls".

This new cloaked fellow, I am hoping is some sort of tuxedo mask type, or someone that escaped the corruptive process utena's currently in. Though an evil senpai wouldn't be terrible either.
