Yeah,Western and Japanese standards for what is and isn't "yuri" don't help.

For the Japanese,anything girl centric,be it girls becoming friends over minor/major hobbies of any kind to straight up smashing naughty bits with a dozen other horny chicks is covered by "yuri",but if no actual long term girly relations occur despite an all girl cast,they don't call it "yuri".

"Laid-Back Camp"?,"yuri","The Phantom Girl In Games Of Death"?,not "yuri".

Of all places,MyAnimeList made the almost perfect compromise with "Cute Girls Doing Cute Things(CGCCT)" tag,because that's what most of 'em are.

For the West,they're the hack job responsible for creating "shojo ai",which isn't actually used by the Japanese,and yet even then they can't quite decided despite knowing what a lesbian is,not helped by jokes of "lesbian does x" when someone who doesn't understand jokes takes it seriously.

If VNDB doesn't have it...and someone who actually played the visual novel notes that no real development occurs,then neither the Japanese nor West would call it "yuri".

If developments did happen,then Japan would call it "yuri" whilst the West would be very on edge.

If they kiss,pronounce their love,and/or have sex(or even rape each other,that'd be a prison turn for sure),then both sides would call it "yuri" straight away,because actual lesbians are getting it on like Donkey Kong.

Perhaps sites like Hitomi or whatever else pirates vast swaths of visual novels might contain the definite answer if any of these magical lasses are getting their Dues Vult on in the bedroom with their asses or not.
