But she didn't know what kind of abilities they have. If you want to risk to kill them by using all life span, it will be a gamble.
If one of admin have some kind of barrier attack on them. She will be instantly killed and followed by the rest of them with no one to help.
(Honestly, Aya should be the one who teleport the other OR use the speed with teleport magic together. But, the time is too short to make a reasonable action. It's fair, I think)

By saving them, it may be better choice. Because of those reason.

She used the ability during the first attempt on her life by the administrators aswell as when the brother tried to have her kill the other girls.
Afew other places showed her using her magic but these are the noteworthy points. Kinda do agree with using it to escape since we have no idea what all the abilities of the admins are, maybe ones reflect kinetic damage

That said, no she didn't went above the speed of light, because if she did, the manga would be over because all of the area would be irradiated by the fusion of all the air she forced away of her path. Also, all the people she "saved" would have lost some limbs and maybe a head in the way

@Syafeeq her stick gives her super strength and super speed, is already clear she could go from one side of the city to the others in less than a minute, so it makes sense the stick would also give her some invulnerability, what's the point of having super strength and flash running while having a normal body, either way it would be useless.

Anjou had a time travelling stick, if they are able to kill the bad guys and the sticks can still work, she and aya can basically save everybody minutes before they died or got harmed so they wouldn't be that confused by what happening, or maybe it will be a "convince the villain to be a good guy type of ending" and they convince Rei to bring humanity back or something
