still kinda stupid and not actually fascism but monarchism, if she wants to make such a wonderfull world for magical girls then why not do the peaceful way? They didnt have to kill thousands if not millions if they have overwhelming power and have done heroic acts no government would be against raising them to above average/nobility status.

Political repressions or consequences of any kinds of revolutionary actions like Red Guards massacres during cultural revolution have little to do with race purges as official national guides. Communists never declared one race domination or introduced such concepts as "untermensch" as part of official state propaganda and used it as ground to murder people. The closest to this was departure of ethnic minorities by Stalin and NKVD repression against certain nationalities. There are controversial opinions regarding these last nkvd actions, whether they could be considered as genocides or not though. Anyway you can't compare it with fascist genocide in scale and prominence. Yes you can draw some analogies, but it s matter of political discussion I don't want to dive into, especially with my bad English. And as punchline for manga it would be... i don' even know. "It's magical communism" - sounds even more ridiculous than magical fascism. So I think is ok in this is situation.

the question is what drives this choice, as you see throughout history governments are using magic weapons as weapons, and sometimes it is done in a not so civilized way, you have to see what is meant by kingdom, nations like america they were born because Americans wanted free beings.
