Volume 2 just came out this month. All in all, I think we're looking at a volume 3 release in march next year.
I'd guess that the next cover will probably be Aoi tho

I'd feel sorry for Lemon-chan but this was completely deserved. I'm seriously wondering how magical girls can be on the side of this justice system at all.

And if Yuuri is proving anything with the cases we've seen from her...how many Magical Girls before her time, have been put on trial while innocent and unfairly condemned because prosecutors like Lemon aren't doing due diligence of seeking the actual truth of things?

She got off easy, merely being stripped in front of the court, I say. I hope she gets put on trial herself at some point, only to be represented & saved by Yuuri just so she's forced to eat a serving or two of crow, once she sees it all from the other side of the bar.

You're doing a really good job on your own so far. One minor mistake out of how many pages is really nothing compared to some of the errors I see with some other translations.

And no I don't mean garbage MTL. That's in a whole different universe from actual translations.

We know that Yuuri is a school girl, but it's never said if she's in high school or still in middle school. Since Lemon-chan is probably around the same age, it's possible that Lemon-chan is simply a naive young girl that believes all the lies told to her.

The only thing I would say to that, is that she doesn't extend that courtesy to the other magical girls.

You could argue she then lacks self-awareness to not see the hypocrisy, but the fact remains that, if she's the prosecutor "believing all the lies told to her" in a courtroom built on the premise of convicting MGs and sentencing them to things like "forced pregnancy for life via monster insect", then the bar should be a little bit higher for making certain she's not doing an ass job at it.
Ultimately this whole story is just a vehicle for depicting the author's/artist's fetishes, but I'm just asking for a bit of internal consistency in the world.

None of that is push-back against you specifically; just something that irks me about her character in general lol

Unless the gimmick is she is incompetent and potentially corrupt, and at some point down the line there will be consequences for how this "MGJS" functions (which, I admit, I'd be 1000% down to see as an "Anarchism / MG Rebellion Arc").

In the end it only hit magical girls that completely fail in battle. And apparently is a very rare occurrence.
Yeah, it's certainly cruel that an already defeated magical girl must be subjected to even more punishment. But we can see that the system is not too irrational. They can be defended successfully. And if their failure have been influenced by any external factor they are saved.
Also apparently these rules apply only and exclusively when they are totally defeated in their magical girl form. So, they can simply ignore the emergency and not get involved. The moment they enter the battlefield they basically accept what will come to them when defeated. Unless they don't know about the court. But this doesn't look like it.

... also this is not such a serious manga to be over analyzed.
