Really though, the guys plan is so odd....he wanted to go home, but failed to figure out how, so now he is terrorizing everyone to make them scared of what might come over in order to convince them to seal them holes...because...reasons?

Like not to knock on this story but never once have I seen a villain say this exact line and then late it turned out their plan was actually reasonable. If the villain is acting on the premise that "you'll understand" they're always doing the dumbest shit imaginable.
