Skilled tentacle art aside, I'm pretty sure the cover is an Ace Attorney reference. Belma is Phoenix Wright, Rex is Miles Edgeworth, and Shion is the defendent (Larry I think?). Which means Shion is innocent and chasing her hentai dreams is right, w mangaka
