This manga WILL NEVER appear. i can't even search for it on mdex through the app. Why is that?! At first, i thought, oh maybe it's because the mtl exist, so I'm not 'new', but when I posted chapter 20, it doesn't appear in the 'latest manga' on the app either.
(me being a lazy bitch bookmarked my translations across various sites through the app for easier access, but for mdex, this manga just absolutely refused to appear)

It appears just fine for me. I use a Mihon branch, Yokai, though. And whatever the previous extension repo that was spread around the incident before the final Tachiyomi purge. idk if that's the most popular one but it does still get updates

The thing is, I use YOKAI as well. and I'm using the Keiyoushi Repo (which i think is what everyone uses). I don't get why this doesn't appear. if you're using the same thing and it appears for you, what am i doing wrong?? language filter? but this is english?! I even enabled Latin America Spanish (in case), JP, Korean, and Chinese =.=

If you don't want to always see the last two categories, you can also set it per search (as in like, you can put "Rex" in the search bar and then in the search settings, check Erotica)

The first two cases and many others go a bit beyond "suggestive" and Case 15 is well beyond suggestive being full of uncensored male genitalia models as well a depicting a sexual act. Rex's Perverted Medical Journal is in a weird place where it is more than suggestive/ecchi, mature but not violent, very sexual but not erotic and adult but not pornographic. Erotica is currently the best content rating for it.
