It’s pretty clear the author either was or knows someone who works night shift in an ER. These are the kind of stories you hear.

Also his main issues with the kinky sex stuff being infections and consent is great.

They’ve made it very clear the doctor finds it disgusting and is judging them for their choices, but will only actually intervene if something is dangerous. Holding a, “If no one gets hurt and everyone has fun, it’s not my business.“ policy.

Also the new translator is great. Always tries to show of the wordplay in a way that make sense. Which is super hard to do from Jap to Eng.
