thanks for the chapter, though there seems to be some errors on the class details on page 18. Izumi should be 2nd Class, and both Honoka and Shizuku should be the same as Miyuki and Tatsuya, being 3rd Class.

Seems pretty odd that people know the principals behind everyone's super magics, and yet nobody can recreate them. Tatsuya has often re-built various magic formulas for various uses, including talks about making things built around his creation/destruction work with the rest of the families mental interference, seems odd hes not making super-grade lightning compatible with anyone with moderate lightning talent

It's probably something like knowing how a photoshop works but building it from scratch. Tatsuya has the cheat that allows him to copy paste the raw code and the skills to edit it freely to his liking as if it's open source software.

Even if he can, who will use that magic? The user will become the target of GAA because it's their secret.
Also, I imagine using such a big magic would not be straightforward. You probably need exceptional lightning compatibility. Even GAA needs 2 years before another user shows up.
There's little to no point when he doesn't have much reason to give a trump card to someone other than Miyuki (whose specialty is ice).

Also the code is probably as complex as current operating system like Windows.

Edit: as someone who created his own magic, he probably preferred to create his own than copying others'.
