mikihiko is kinda pathetic imo. did he forgot tatsuya was the one that got him out of the dumps with his pathetic magic display? tatsuya was the one that gave him advice and confidence and he is returning that favour by being an ass to him only because he was revealed to be from Yotsuba's House. He is part of the 100's himself. Mizuki's case is understandable as she is not from any influential family and the name Yotsuba has stricken fear in her.
