I apologise for this being late. I meant to post it a week ago and just came to check for any comments for corrections to find I forgot to post it. Oops😅. This chapter finished volume 1 of this arc, as always if you spot any mistakes let me know and I'll correct them ASAP.

Just to let you know the next chapter will be delayed as I need to replace my RAW's for volume 2 and my parcel hasn't cleared customs yet. Since I have them I've made a start on the Mahouka Presidential Election Arc, don't worry I'm not dropping this arc but since PEA is only 6 short chapters I'll do that while I'm waiting on my Yokohama RAW's and then release then in alternation.

Again apologies for the delay, I hope you enjoy the chapter.

Erika is such a cutie.
Hope to see Honoka.

i think on page 9 it should be "rin chan has been saying..." instead of "rin chan has being saying..."

Sky, you are correct, it should be been (past tense) rather than being. Thanks for pointing that out, its been corrected.

@Wolvenworks
I know what you mean and I did think about using the more common term anyway but the writer specifically used クラッカー (kurakkaa) which literally translates to cracker (Hacker is ハッカー Hakkaa).

I looked it up and its a technical thing but there is a difference in the two and given the context of the method of attack (repeated overwhelming attacks) it is cracking which uses persistence and a dogged repetition of a handful of fairly well-known tricks that exploit common weaknesses in the security of target systems and not actual hacking which is a more elite method. I really didn't get the finer details but the GAU attackers were crackers not hackers.

@Wolvenworks: I got here a "little" late, but wanted to link this if you are interested in the difference between "cracker" and "hacker". Though it might be too "oldschool", the origin is this.

https://www.techrepublic.com/blog/it-security/hacker-vs-cracker/

The RFC 1392: Internet Users' Glossary defines "hacker" as:

A person who delights in having an intimate understanding of the internal workings of a system, computers and computer networks in particular.
The term is often misused in a pejorative context, where "cracker" would be the correct term.
