Seems to have the proportions of a kei car. There are some kei-sized cars in Japan that don't adhere to kei regulations. For example, you have the Kei-regulated Jimny, with the 660cc engine and narrow fenders, then the wide-fender Jimny Sierra, which has the larger 1.3L engine.
