Yes, I edited out the hair, but that makes it even more androgynous and alien looking. If you think this silhouette and lines is in any way sexual, I don't know how you haven't splooged over Akihito's hair and silhouette from the very same page. I always find the idea of sexualizing minors in a Manga for minors... questionable, in the first place. Like going past fan service to just service in a PG-13 rom-Com is odd, so do what you want to do. You can call it innocent and pure and leave it or an oversexualization of a minor and hide it. You're the one scanlating (until someone else does apparently). My only real thought with this chapter was that it was hilarious that the censor was just a giant block covering her entire body. She was just a floating head for a few pages 😂. Lord, imagine that in a meta show. You could use censor body blocks to render every adversary decapitated.

No, it's not. Apple and Google have very strict (read nonsensical and tyrannical) guidelines on what they allow on the Apple Store and Google Store (of course, selectively enforced). If the manga apps don't censor themselves, they can't put their apps on the stores.
