I don't think it'd be that bad either, since the chapters before were all very similar to this one anyway:
-Smaller girl shows very extreme, inexplicable attachment to a guy she met a couple of months ago;
-Small girl throws tantrums all the damn time and repeatedly hurls abuse at older girl until she's with said guy in his house;
-Small girl is incredibly annoying and inconvenient, wanting to be with the guy 100% of the time, including shit like baths - what the shit?
-Older girl finally gets pissed off and tells small girl off;

There is nothing to censor even in the raw, this is not a ecchi work.

Only reason these works get censored, even if is the most minimal shit, is because of regulations from the mobile apps, so is all on Google and Apple, this work get published in ynjn app and niconico manga which are mobile app first and website second, so the app have a priority (same reason why if you go into niconico mobile ver, you will be able to "see" all chapters, unlike desktop ver), so if you wanna get raws uncensored gotta wait for the volume, is the same case with works published in Manga Up, Gangan, kadocomi originals, magapoke originals, ganma, etc

BR scans use Volume raws (or at least replaced some pages for chapter 13), but the spanish and eng only used published raws, should've the eng tl used volume raws since they are behind like 10 chapters? maybe, but in the case that they were not behind and this was the latest chapter in niconico, you would have to deal with the black squares anyway because thats how the raws are published
