[Main site] Add member to group - search function does not working correctly [Fixed]

Issue: Can not add Mangadex member to group. When entering characters into the search field, the search window resizes and it's no longer possible to select a member or continue searching. The only option is to cancel the search by using the X to close the search window.

Expected outcome: EDIT GROUP > SEARCH FOR MEMBER > SELECT MEMBER > SAVE

Actual outcome: EDIT GROUP > SEARCH FOR MEMBER > search bar disappears and the only remaining text is FIND USER with the option to cancel the search and close the search window.

Browsers teseted: Safari 16.4 (18615.1.26.11.23) and Chrome 113.0.5672.92 (both browsers display the same issue)

OS: Mac OS 13.3.1 (22E261)
