I'm honestly impressed at how unintentionally cruel and sad the setup for this one is. The idea that he's tried his whole life to bring comfort and warmth to this poor girl's life, and (from his point of view) not has he failed utterly to do so, but she absolutely despises him for it is exquisitely painful. Complete insanity for a goddamned romcom though. It's hard to root for the heroine when she's been so... evil. Like this kind of thing should probably damn you to hell. This is so far beyond just tsundere that I doubt she actually loves him in any emotionally fulfilling way.
