[Mainsite] Cannot rate manga [Not a bug]

Whenever I try to rate manga I get this error (from console):

Why am I not allowed to rate manga? That doesn't make any sense since you cannot "abuse" the rating system from an individual account.

I don't recall abusing the rate manga endpoint. I remember issues with editing the manga but I really don't know what I've done in the context of rating manga.
