[Mainsite] Can't add a manga to library

It seems to be unable to add new manga to my library for reading. I add them, I refresh the page and the button still says "add to library" instead of "reading". Chapters are also no where to be seen in Updates and the manga itself can't be found in my "library".
Using latest version of Vivaldi on Desktop and Mobile. Tried using Edge 🤮 and it also didn't work there.

I also somehow managed to get one added, no clue how or if it was super delayed by nearly 20 minutes.
