[Mainsite] Can't report a chapter because of a Captcha Challenge Error

I am trying to report a chapter. When I click the button "Send report" a popup says :

When using a new incognito mod, it is still not working.

Actually, this is occuring when I leave the mangadex tab open a long time. When the browser refresh my tab and log in automatically, this error prevents me to send reports.

Actually, this is occuring when I leave the mangadex tab open a long time. When the browser refresh my tab and log in automatically, this error prevents me to send reports.

This just happened to me too when I was done writing the report. I probably took 3 minutes to fill it out and when I clicked on the submit button, it gave me the same error. It went away after I started a new report without refreshing the tab. I think there is a problem with how long an approved captcha is valid for.
