[Mainsite] Cover images with unconventional aspect ratios not being displayed correctly in the Report dialog. [Not A Bug]

Description:
When opening the report dialog on a series page whose cover image is of an unconventional size (e.g. a new series using its opening spread as a cover), the cover image will be forced into the regular aspect ratio causing it to appear squished/stretched.

Environment:
Chrome for Android.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a series with an unconventionally sized cover image. (example)
2. Click "Report".

Notes:
Also occurs when opening reports from the My Reports page.

Was able to confirm this also happens on desktop (and Firefox) so I removed the unnecessary keyword from the thread title.

Gonna close this thread as not a bug, but I put a redesign request for this.
