[Mainsite]Updates page takes 20+ seconds to load

Description:
My Mangadex 'Updates' page takes 20+ seconds to load when I go to it. I believe the query is so big, I get rate limited.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. While signed in to Mangadex.org, click 'Updates' (mangadex.org/titles/feed)
2. Wait.

Environment Details:

• Browser: Firefox
• Operating System: Windows 10
• Device: Desktop PC w/ ethernet connection.

Additional Information:
I normally browse w/ Ublock turned on, but I disabled it for this test. At the suggestion of a developer friend, I went in Firefox, hit F12 and go to 'network' and then look at the Mangadex website and click on the 'Updates' link under 'Follows'. What took the longest to load was a get from api.mangadex.org; type json and it took 22565ms... I had taken a snippet and posted to my friend.

When I go to duplicate this issue for this report, an hour later, I got asked to sign in to Mangadex and it forwarded me to the Updates page. When I look at the network response, the raw was fairly long and I'm not entirely sure where you'd want me to paste it. I will note that showed me 38273 results.

Maybe try this for me it solved the issue in my 3 Firefox installations, but some users still have long loading times on Firefox, or maybe is another issue
