A few possibilities:

1. Using your wings requires personal effort, while using a land vehicle does not. If a demon isn't very powerful or doesn't need to get where they're going, a more conventional form of transportation may be preferable.
2. The original designs may have come from the human world.
3. Rule of Cool. A lot of demonic behavior seems to be motivated by what they find cool or fun and some demons clearly took a look at Hell Rider and said "Yes. I want that."

Taken together, those possibilities also also explain why Gyari uses a bike and Sulivan prefers a more traditional carriage. Both modes of transit are sufficient for their owner's needs and both demons are powerful enough that they don't need to rely on them in situations where they wouldn't be practical.

Probably significantly less strenuous and more likely not to get munched on by dragons and roke birds. We saw a bunch of areal predators already and in the air a demon would be visible for miles. Tasty snack

I’m not saying people aren’t allowed to disagree but that’s not exactly what people are doing here now is it. On mangadex anyone with a negative or differing opinion on a chapter gets attacked and berated instead. It’s the reason why I said this is the only site where I see anyone defending these boring chapters. Anywhere else people say their opinions and just ignore the opinions of others but on here commenters act like it’s their civic duty to berate anyone that thinks differently than they do.
