Personal speculation, partly laying low and partly protecting iruma, from what I tell she care quite abit about iruma so she's probably there to protect iruma while also going along with the six fingers

also I'm surprised people still think she might betray Iruma. all the signs to me point to her 100% going to "switch sides" lol. Like it'd be laughably bad and I might consider dropping the series if it ends up happening.. I think Balam is a good enough judge of character and for now despite being wary, Balam trusts she won't do anything.

fair enough, it's possible she'll still get pressured for it, but this is a shounen, if it does happen, here's how I think it goes:

something important to her is being threatened -> Iruma and the Gang finds another 3rd option that allows her to be free and properly pick a side, saving her -> she joins the good ones

I have been so hopeful and more than happy to read about her. From trying to save Iruma in the theme park Arc, to her saving Iruma when she was out with the other teacher. Till now!

She has always been earnest and hardworking and I really hope that she won't be sacrificed or go evil.
