The meds are probably to supress Azz nature as inccubus, but have the polar effect in other people

I've always had a sneaking suspicion that Azz Azz and Clara were the match, both having enough opposite end crazy to balance each other out with total devotion to Iruma. It will be interesting to see what Clara means on the last page when she goes to grab Azz Azz and says "Gotcha" with the heart...
