So he literally is Clara's opposite in every way. Maybe they're actually twins like the other two sets of kids.

If you look into his eyes, his eyes coloring scheme are inverted to the rest of his family, denoting that he is the opposite in personality. But, he still has the same powers, motivation to be of use to people, and excitement similar to Clara's.
