The smaller ones are somewhat readable:
Owner's a fraud riding luck
Even luck gets tired of you
You didn't win, luck carried you
Big talk, empty hands
This casino runs on dumb (implied "dumb luck" I guess, the last word being out of the frame)
Unlucky boss

The biggest one there took me a couple edits, but looks like it says "House built on luck falls fast"
