This is one of the extras that came packaged with the Blu-Ray discs for the Iruma anime! Particularly Volume 1. There's 6 in total, according to the anime website and Twitter accounts, but boy have the other 5 been hard to find.

It's quite interesting reading this, seeing just what our main trio would eventually become. Goddamn.
