I'd say Demon King, for several reasons.

(1) Chadruma is already featured on that cover.
(2) If it was Chadruma the eyes wouldn't be obscured.
(3) His collar is too pointy to be the school uniform.
(4) His nose is a bit more flat and his face overall seems a bit older and less pointy.

Whether or not this appearance is what he's actually going to take on when he becomes the DK, at the very least it's Alice's imagined version of the future.
