What’s funny is it’s vowelised. Vowels aren’t actually part of the Hebrew language. They’re like furigana. They’re used in prayer books and stuff. On a proper Torah scroll, Talmud, Rashi, Tosafos, Rambam and a bunch of other stuff no one uses those.
Modern Hebrew doesn’t use them outside kids books afaik (I don’t know Modern Hebrew. Aramaic makes more sense and I‘ve never really studied Aramaic).
So she has a magic circle with writing for a learner on it.
