It's not how you spell Iruma in Hebrew(You'd use "אירומה", but the Japanese phonemes can be dropped onto those letters with Nikud. So you can write "Iruma" as "אִרֻמָ")

Also, that final page is incorrect.
א - aleph is usually "Ah".
ג - is read like the G in "Great".
ח - has no reach equivalent in English. Think of J in Spanish("Jesus") or the Russian X.
י - is read like "Yarn", "You", "Yohan", "Yakitori", etc
O - doesn't actually have an equivalent in Hebrew. We use "או". When the letter ו(vav) is used as a vowel indicator, it acts like either the Japanese O or U or Wa, and you need to figure out which one from context.
Otherwise, it's treated basically like V
