This was a simulated one that used the power in his gluttony ring right? and from the sound of it, the ring used up alot of power to pull it off. I doubt we will see it again for a long while since Iruma doesn't have a natural evil cycle.

The ring told him that there was the chad phase and I think there was another thing too that he had to show so everyone would beleive he was a full fledge demon. So he has to become Cadruma now and again so no one doubts his demonic lineage
