Over stealing rare herbs = 15 years prison, while blowing up a school = 2 years? or I am wrong somewhere? lol

to macroblitz, regarding Kirio he may have a shorter sentencing because:
1. He is still a minor
2. He did not destroy the school, only attempted it
3. Principal Sullivan may have put in a good word for him to shorten the sentence (though I'm not sure that happened, and i dont think it matters if it does or doesn't)
meanwhile Imp Rocky:
1. Is (presumably) an adult
2. Overhunted (poached?) rare herbs, which mean they are either a) endangered and/or b) important enough for demonkind that it is often in short supply.
though i do agree that 2 years is to short for Kirio's crime.
