This is a great read! Viz still prints out this series, and there is Eng dub anime and live action movie.

It can drag at times, but I remember it so fondly I would give it "must-read" status. I've some more recent (<5 years) manga try to copy the set-up only to find myself thinking "Maison Ikkoku did this right.".

Read it. The classic RomCom that's still relatable to this day.

It's a good manga, but man can it be infuriating. Misunderstanding after misunderstanding, not to mention the indecisive, dense and spineless MC's. I did enjoy it, but i'm also happy i'm done.

Easily one of the best romance manga and it laid out a lot of tropes in it's own right. It can be irritating with all the misunderstandings, the two MCs being stubborn at times, and the annoying as hell neighbors. But it's all worth it at the end, which is more than what many other romance manga do now a days. Honestly I hope some company tries to make a new anime adaptation more faithful to the manga and bring the OG voice actors for Kyoko and Godai.

Like others have said, there are alot of misunderstandings. I still enjoyed it a lot tho. The most frustrating part is
how both protags couldn't just choose each other. The other rivals had to be taken away due to more understandings...
That being said, it was still great. I think I'm going to buy a physical copy of this manga
